i can't believe it's been something like two months since my last post. so much has changed, and during those months i took a lot of time to reflect. work took over my life, and i'm only beginning to develop a better work/life balance. it's a challenge when you really want what you do to be successful. threadflip is amazing and i'm excited to see what the future holds for the company. i also ended a 6+ year relationship with my boyfriend and best friend. there are no hard feelings and we'll always be close friends, for which i am so grateful. i'm looking at these changes as an exciting turn of events where who knows what's next. life has chapters, and at the quarter-life, i'm ready to start the next one.
even my interest in clothes has seen a bit of a shift. dresses. yep. i'm wearing them a lot more these days. maybe i've gotten lazy? maybe i'm over the overstyled thing? whatever it is, i'm enjoying this simplicity.

first off, i stalk your blog & am beyond excited you're back. you are one of the first bloggers i found when i started becoming blog obsessed, & you inspired me to start my own!
anyways, good for you. that's all i can. i just ended a 2 year relationship with the man i thought was the one & have been actively searching for a complete career change, stepping into fashion. i am slowly realizing we are far too young (& fabulous) to waste any time in something that's not right.
