let me tell you a story. see the shoes i'm wearing in these photos? i bought them for a steal from the charity sale threadflip recently had. they're super comfortable but still really damn tall. the perfect combination for a shorty like me. i wore them about three times. then my dog ate them. the end.

on the bright side, he hasn't eaten this all saints dress. it was a treat-yo-self purchase while i was in nyc during fashion week. i'd say i'm now wearing dresses at least 50% of my week. the shirt dress style seems to be my go-to. a masculine-piece-turned-feminine dress - mmm! i've been upping the price point and quality of purchases as well. as i get older, i see the value of investing in classic pieces. (still contemplating my most expensive shoe purchase ever: acne heels.) and i've had my eye on a range of designer dresses at farfetch.com - especially some of the mm6 by martin margiela.
